We are located in what is popularly known as “Old Town”, where most of the structures were built to face the Harbour. As you tour Key West, bear in mind that most of the oldest buildings were constructed by ship’s carpenters who used the finest materials & lumber available. Which were brought into Key West from the Bermuda Islands by old privateer’s men!

Lodging tariffs are subject to sales tax of 11.5%.
During Fantasy Festival we require $350.00 non refundable deposit by check or money order per room to guarantee the reservations. The deposits must be received by 10 days after making the reservations.
Minimum stays and special rates may apply during holidays and special events. No refunds are given during special events and holidays.
Advance reservations are taken with a deposit of one nights room and tax total. Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 3 days before arrival. Within 3 days, the advance deposit is forfeited.
There will be a charge of $15 per additional person.
There will be no pets allowed.
