If you’re in the mood to explore, you’ll have no shortage of options. The Florida Keys are known for superb scuba diving, snorkeling and deep sea fishing, and the resort offers daily trips to Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary and the wreck of the Adolphus Busch. You can even arrange your certification during your stay; there are several PADI instructors on the island. The resort also offers tours to Great White Heron Wildlife Refuge, as well as famous Florida Keys deep sea fishing, back country fishing and flats fishing.
If you prefer to play in the surf, Little Palm Island’s water sport equipment is at your disposal; enjoy unlimited kayaking, and day sailing. A day trip to Key West is a must; tour the Hemingway House or simply stroll its historic Duval Street lined with boutiques, galleries, and restaurants.

If you’re sailing or yachting through Florida Keys, Little Palm Island marina is the ideal place to dock for a few days. A friendly beacon to seafarers, the resort offers all the creature comforts and island charm you’d hope to find. Enjoy world-class cuisine at the resort’s dining room, body treatments for the ocean-weary at SpaTerre, beach for stretching out in the sun, and postcard-perfect island beauty.
Little Palm Island in the Florida Keys can be found at Latitude 24°37.11, Longitude 81°24.42, just four nautical miles north of Looe Key Light (marker 24). The Loran coordinates are 13981.6 and 43530.5 at Flashing Red #2, which marks the entrance to Newfound Harbor.
Marina slips will accommodate vessels up to 120 feet in length with a draft up to six feet, in addition to 575 feet of dock space bordering a protected lagoon, ideal for smaller boats. You will have 50 or 30 amp electricity service, a water allowance of one gallon per foot each day, and full use of the island’s recreational facilities, including pool, snorkeling and fishing gear. You may also enjoy the superlative offerings of the resort’s dining room and spa.
Deposit & Payments A two-night advance deposit is required to confirm your reservation. When reserving a package, a 50-percent deposit is required.
Cancellation & Early Departure Because of our limited size, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. Cancellations and changes made 15 days prior to arrival or more will result in a $100 service charge. (Beginning January 1, 2008 cancellations will result in a $100 service charge, per night cancelled) Cancellations and changes made 14 days prior to arrival or less will result in the forfeiture of your two night advance deposit (when reserving a package the entire advance deposit is non-refundable.) All deposits are non-transferable to alternate dates, however you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of your intended stay. If you cancel your reservation, be sure to note your cancellation number for your records.

We provide hourly motor yacht service to the Island from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Should you need service before or after this time, you may incur a Captain’s fee. Check with our staff for scheduling and cost information. Please call us in advance to advise of your estimated time of arrival so that we may alert our Captain.
Dining Plan Due to the remoteness of our Island, we recommend our Full Meal Plan which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Surcharges may apply on some special menu items, wine maker’s dinners and on holiday menus. Once you select a meal plan, we ask that you remain on the same plan for the duration of your stay. We encourage you to make dinner reservations in advance of your stay by calling 305-872-2551.
We consider all of our suites non-smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke on the outdoor verandah of their suite. There is no smoking in the Dining Room.
We do not permit children under the age of 16 on the Island.
We do not permit personal coolers on the Island. All food and beverage consumed in public areas, must be purchased from Little Palm Island.
We do not permit pets on the Island.
To enhance your experience, telephones and televisions are intentionally absent from our suites. Each suite is equipped with a phone that connects to several in-house island amenities. WI-FI access is available in the Great Room.
Your suite rate is subject to 11.5-percent tax. Tipping our staff during your stay is not necessary, nor expected. In lieu of tipping, a 10-percent service charge will be added to your suite or dockage rate. All a la carte food and alcoholic beverages are subject to 7.5-percent tax and 20-percent service.
Dress on the Island is casual, however when in the Dining Room gentleman are asked to wear a collared shirt. Swimsuits are not allowed in the Dining Room and for your safety, shoes are required.

At first glimpse from your motor yacht transfer, Little Palm Island appears, floating like a brilliant mirage, in the Florida Straits. Spa Scheduling
To secure your desired time, make your spa reservation early. All spa services can be billed to your room or paid for with a major credit card. If you would like to request a particular therapist, please let us know when you book your spa appointment.
Spa Cancellation Policy
To cancel without charge, please give us four hours’ notice. You will be charged the full price of your spa service if you cancel within four hours of your scheduled time or fail to show up. Rescheduling your appointment within four hours of your scheduled time will result in a 50% charge of its value. We will make every attempt to fill your vacant appointment time, and will not charge you if we are able to do so.
Upon Arriving
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your spa appointment time. Feel free to arrive in your bathrobe and sandals, or in whatever is comfortable.
Punctuality
If you arrive late for your spa service, your treatment will be modified. All spa treatments end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
