Fishing in Marathon, Florida Keys
One of the best fishing spots in the Middle keys is called Marathon West Hump, the Hump rises up from 1,100 feet to 480 feet, it forms a natural feeding ground for many types of fish including marlin, tuna, and amberjack and mahi mahi and is accessible on full-day charters from different parts of the island.
The Seven mile bridge is another popular spot for Tarpon fishing in The Florida Keys, gamefish in the Gulfstream and reef fishing for yellowtail, snapper and grouper make Marathon the envy of its neighboring Keys.
